Badger Hill Scout Group started life in 1985 as Pulloxhill Scouts, meeting in various village halls and with the kit stored in a lock-up garage. In 2000 we merged with two other groups in Maulden and Houghton Conquest, moved to the Maulden group’s HQ, and became Badger Hill Scout Group.
Now having a permanent home, we started our first Beaver Colony in 2001 and have continued as a growing and successful Group with well over 100 young people aged from 6 to 14 enjoying Scouting.
We also have a linked Explorer Scout Unit (ages 14-18) – www.brocks-explorers.org.uk
Badger Hill Scout Group is a registered charity and as such has a team of volunteers who manage the charity and ensure ongoing support to the leaders to enable them to deliver great scouting.
